Over the past five years he has worked with the Marketing division of COMPASS Group as both entertainer and consultant to help facilitate their Annual Awards Event in Las Vegas and recently (June’02) at their International Conference in Vienna. For these events, Hardin has rewritten popular songs to incorporate company message, values and themes then performed those songs as different characters.

Because Hardin is a good listener, he can hear what it is that the client is seeking to accomplish.
